Dr Nabil Ishak, principal dentist, graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1992 and has extensive experience in all facets of dentistry including the more complex surgical extractions and root.
Dr Ishak has a strong interest in Cosmetic Dentistry, Implantology and Crown and Bridge procedures. A keen and regular participant of continuing education seminars, lectures and courses, Dr Ishak is constantly updating his knowledge so as to keep abreast of the latest advances in dental techniques and technologies both in Australia and abroad. Europe and the United States of America are regular destinations for Dr Ishak’s travels to meet, learn and confer with dental experts from around the world. Recently Dr Ishak traveled to Portugal to bring the latest dental technique of All on 4 dental implants for dentures to Paramount Dentistry.
Married and a father of three beautiful girls, Nabil is very aware of the anxieties that may exist in his junior patients. It is common knowledge in the community, that Nabil’s unique caring and trusting chair-side manner ensures that all of his paediatric patients feel relaxed, comfortable and at ease. In fact adults and children alike always leave Dr Ishak with a positive and happy dental experience.

Dr Mathew Elti
University of Sydney
After graduating from The University of Sydney with Honours, Dr Mathew has undertaken further education to expand his skills, particularly in Oral Surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign and Root Canal Therapy.
Dr Mathew also has developed a special interest in treating patients who feel nervous and anxious about dental treatment and sets out to provide a caring and nurturing environment for them. Through thorough and careful evaluation of his patients’ needs, Dr Mathew provides a holistic approach to treatment but also implements evidence-based dentistry of the highest standard.
At leisure, Dr Mathew enjoys the great outdoors, travelling and studying language.
Dr Richard Bui
University of Adelaide
Dr Richard Bui graduated from the University of Adelaide. He has a special interest in Invisalign and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr Richard is committed to providing quality care to all his patients by carefully considering their overall health o provide optimal oral health and beautiful smiles. His friendly personality enables patients to relax during the treatment and build strong relationships. You’ll always find him explaining his findings and treatment plans in detail with the utmost care.
Richard speaks fluent in Vietnamese and English and in his spare time, he likes to cook a feast for his family and keep fit at the gym.
Dr Hiti Trigg
Dr Hiti Trigg comes to Melton Dental Group with almost 20 years of experience in dentistry. She is competent in all areas of dentistry always giving time to explain and educate her patients about their treatments and dental needs.
Dr Hiti has two beautiful young children that she adores and in her free time, she loves to bake and cook for them. She enjoys going away on holidays and spending quality time with her family.

Mariz graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Oral Health Sciences. While passionate about all aspects of Oral Health, Mariz is specifically interested in raising awareness about gum health and the prevention of gum disease. In addition, she is dedicated to providing optimal personalised care and working with you to achieve the best smile.
Mariz is enthusiastic about making the dental experience fun. She thoroughly enjoys working with children and engaging with them to provide the utmost dental experience.
Outside of Oral Health, Mariz loves spending time with family and friends especially when food is involved. She thoroughly enjoys new experiences like travelling and visiting new places.

Our Practice Manager Kate is a vibrant and delightful leader who is passionate about dentistry and is backed by a decade of experience.
Kate’s compassionate and caring nature makes her the perfect person to go to for all things dental and nothing is ever too much trouble for her! Her organisational skills, positive attitude and motivation, brilliant communication skills and lovely smile truly make her an incredibly valued member of our team.
Apart from work, Kate is passionate about her dogs and delight in 4-wheel driving and exploring Australia.

Amany, Terrie, Kylie and Emma have become renowned for their bright smiles and accommodating, can-do attitude. They are always ready to help you and serve you. They will go over and beyond to help get you in to see a dentist to get you out of pain. They will listen to your concerns and go the extra mile to assist you to helping you explore and set up payment plans and options for health insurance or government initiatives such as the Child Dental Benefits Scheme or early Superannuation release (where eligible), there’s nothing our amazing front office team is not capable of.
They firmly believe in giving all of our patients the opportunity to receive the dental treatment they need, when they need it and not when they can afford it!
Your Dental Nurses
Sally, Helen, Gagan, Jatinder, Jessica, Jigisha, Ashleigh and Gina are all qualified with Certification in Levels 3 and 4 and highly experienced. Sterilization, meticulous hygiene and abiding by guidelines and protocols as set out by the ADA is their mantra. Their caring and gentle nature together with their superior knowledge and professionalism have made them very popular among all our patients. You can be sure that they will help relieve any anxieties as well as entertain and comfort our young patients! Our dental nurses will also give you a follow-up, courtesy call after relevant procedures to see how you are doing and to give you any further advice that you may need.
